## Description

PIL is a decentralized communication network built on the Stellar blockchain and upgraded to the V28 Prism Protocol. It combines messaging, community features and digital payments on a shared distributed ledger, using Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus to keep the network operating when some nodes fail or behave improperly. PIL describes its chat as supporting encrypted conversations, on-chain verified identities, group chats, voice features and red packets, with users retaining control of their keys.

The ecosystem brings together a wallet, browser, chat, payments and decentralized applications on the PIL chain. Its mainnet coin, PIL, has a stated fixed supply of 100 million, allocated as 70% to miners, 20% to the ecosystem and 10% to the team. The site lists an Android wallet APK and a node client for Windows; its iOS app is marked as coming soon.

PIL’s broader plans include community events and games, GPU computing, Web3 and AI research, an AI product marketplace, public-chain development, decentralized trading and multi-chain wallet and social tools.
