## Description

Pilar Gold Inc. is a Canadian gold mining company focused on operating and expanding a portfolio of gold assets in Brazil. Its flagship business, the Pilar Gold District Mine (PGDM), is located in the state of Goiás and was acquired in April 2021. PGDM comprises three underground mines, an open-pit project in development, and a modern processing plant with capacity of 4,500 tonnes per day. The operation has a reported resource of approximately 4.07 million ounces, with potential for growth.

Pilar uses a hub-and-spoke strategy, aiming to connect satellite mines and projects across Goiás to its central processing and infrastructure base. The company’s medium-term ambition is to reach annual production of 80,000 ounces of gold, while pursuing growth through mergers and acquisitions with the longer-term goal of becoming a mid-tier producer. Pilar also emphasizes employment and community engagement in the region, including training programs and local events. Its website provides company and project information, investor updates, and details about a financing initiative related to restarting PGDM operations.
