## Description

Pillars of Potential is a registered NDIS provider serving the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Founded in 2020 by Trevor and Deb, the organisation takes a practical, goal-focused approach to support, helping people with disability build skills, pursue personal ambitions and live life on their own terms. Its services include personalised one-on-one support, respite care, supported independent living and a welcoming community hub offering activities and opportunities for connection.

Pillars of Potential also provides supported work, creating pathways to meaningful employment and the opportunity for participants to receive full award wages. Its activities and work options reflect a hands-on approach, including lawn mowing, woodworking, car maintenance, cooking classes, art workshops, social groups and community access. The organisation’s POP food truck offers inclusive employment and serves food in Lismore. Pillars of Potential also welcomes support workers to join its team. Across its programs, the brand focuses on real opportunities, individual goals and practical experiences that help participants develop confidence, skills and greater independence.
