## Description

Pilotskolen is a pediatric occupational therapy practice in Højbjerg, south of Aarhus, run by Christina and Caroline, both authorized occupational therapists specializing in children. Their expertise includes sensory integration, sensory modulation difficulties, and neurofeedback. Drawing on their professional experience and understanding as parents of neurodivergent children, they support children whose nervous systems may be under strain in everyday settings.

The practice offers therapy programs for children who need help with calm, concentration, self-regulation, and emotional wellbeing. Services include support for sensory and modulation challenges, neurofeedback programs, and courses for children experiencing school refusal, with guidance for their families. Pilotskolen also describes support for premature children and young people, sleep difficulties, stress, and social challenges.

Its approach focuses on understanding each child’s needs and strengths, while helping them build practical skills for greater independence and confidence. The therapists aim to equip children and parents with useful tools and knowledge to foster balance, coping, and wellbeing in daily life.
