## Description

Pink Chai Living is a vibrant brand founded by Raj, a self-taught chef and recipe developer dedicated to celebrating cultural food heritage. With a strong influence from her Punjabi roots and experiences growing up on Canada's west coast, the brand offers a unique fusion of traditional recipes and global flavors. Raj’s mission is to preserve heritage dishes while making them accessible to home cooks through simplified versions, ensuring comfort and nostalgia in every bite.

Beyond recipe creation, Pink Chai Living is a platform for storytelling. Raj shares the narratives behind her favorite dishes through her contributions to various publications, including a monthly column for the Vancouver Sun. As a contributor to the CBC Creator Network, she also directs short documentaries that explore food and hospitality in her community.
