With the aim of increasing the number of female programmers, Pink Programming is a volunteer-driven organization that provides a supportive and inspiring environment for girls and women interested in programming. Founded in 2015, Pink Programming organizes camps, Sundays, workshops, and a variety of events throughout the year. These events cater to women-identified individuals, including girls, aunts, ladies, cis, and trans individuals.

All of their teachers and inspirational speakers are women who work as developers themselves, highlighting female role models in the industry. Pink Programming welcomes both experienced developers and total beginners, making it accessible to everyone who wants to learn or improve their coding skills. With over 100 volunteers spread across Sweden, the organization offers opportunities for individuals to get involved in organizing events, designing, coding, supervising, finding sponsors, and more.
