They serve an approximate 40-mile radius around Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus in Ohio, as well as St. Louis, Missouri, San Francisco, California, and Buffalo, New York. Supporting Pink Ribbon Girls' mission is possible through various means, such as volunteering and making donations. While Pink Ribbon Girls do not accept wig donations, they encourage individuals to explore other community service nonprofits in their area that may accept these types of donations. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Pink Ribbon Girls relies on the generosity of corporations, organizations, and individuals for financial support.
