## Description

Pip & Syl Kindercoaching is a child coaching service based in Brummen, led by children’s coach Sylvia Argelo. It supports children who feel stuck at home, at school, or in relationships with other children, and helps them build confidence, resilience, and skills for the future. The approach focuses on each child as an individual rather than defining them by a diagnosis or label. Children are encouraged to explore their own strengths, personality, talents, and challenges in a caring, supportive setting. Coaching uses a playful “journey on a map” to help children discover possibilities and express their creativity. Pip & Syl also recognises that a child’s difficulties can affect parents, family life, and school, so parents are involved in the support process. In addition, the service offers guidance, observation, and advice for gifted and highly sensitive children making the transition from home to childcare or primary school. Pip & Syl aims to help children and their families find a way forward with greater understanding and confidence.
