## Description

PISLM, the Partnership Initiative on Sustainable Land Management, is committed to promoting sustainable land and soil management in Caribbean Small Island Developing States (SIDS). With projects such as CSIDS-SOILCARE and SLM - Dominica, PISLM focuses on addressing land degradation and promoting land and soil sustainability in the region. As a collaborative effort, PISLM involves various stakeholders, including Civil Society Organizations and member countries like Antigua and Barbuda, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago.

In addition to its projects, PISLM provides resources such as official documents, scholarships, and job opportunities in the field of sustainable land management. Their monthly newsletter, The GREEN PAPER, offers valuable insights into ongoing initiatives and events related to land and soil conservation.

Through their webinars, PISLM aims to raise awareness about the importance of protecting land and advocating for women's rights in the context of combating desertification and drought. By promoting public awareness and international cooperation, PISLM is working towards achieving land degradation neutrality in Caribbean SIDS.
