## Description

Planetari Fora d’Òrbita is an astronomy education and outreach initiative that invites people to explore the sky and makes astronomy accessible to everyone, presenting it as a subject that need not be difficult or intimidating. Visitors can take part in activities at locations in Garraf and Granollers, with options designed for the general public, educational settings and groups. The programme also includes activities for schools and links to the Observatori Garraf and MCNG Granollers.

Alongside its in-person experiences, Fora d’Òrbita shares short videos about practical astronomy. Its website offers resources for following astronomical events, including monthly highlights and information about the Sun, Moon, planets and other phenomena. Visitors can also consult a sky chart and an intercultural calendar. Together, these activities and resources help audiences discover astronomy through observation, learning and accessible explanations. Whether arranging a group visit, planning an educational activity or exploring the night sky independently, people can use Fora d’Òrbita’s offerings to engage with astronomy in a welcoming, approachable way.
