# Gabriele Cirulli - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `play2048.co` ## Description 2048 is a free online puzzle game created by Gabriele Cirulli, offering the original version of the popular number-merging challenge. Players slide numbered tiles across a board, combining matching values to build larger tiles and aim for the 2048 tile. The game is designed for quick, accessible play and includes a tutorial for newcomers, alongside a classic mode that preserves the original rules and offers no undo feature. For players seeking additional options, 2048 also features a Plus mode with bonus power-ups and a dark board, as well as tools such as undo, tile swapping, and tile deletion. These abilities have usage limits that can be expanded by reaching specified tile values. The site provides free browser-based gameplay, an app link, feedback and privacy settings, and guidance for users experiencing technical issues. It also links to Solitaire and other card games, and offers access to an older version of 2048. The game is available across devices, with a prompt to switch to portrait orientation when needed. ## Industries - 🎮 Games - 🎮 Puzzles and Brainteasers _(under Games)_ - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology - 🖥 Video Game Design and Development _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ ## Links - [github](https://github.com/gabrielecirulli) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/gabrielecirulli) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idSS-5OSM8/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792086598712) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idSS-5OSM8/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792086598850) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Bright Sun | #ffd33d | accent | | Fuscous Gray | #534f48 | dark | | Merino | #faf8f0 | light | ## Fonts - Rubik — asset _(google)_ ## Imagery - banner _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idSS-5OSM8/w/1500/h/500/idbo7xaS4D.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792086599021) --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
