In addition to our remarkable winery, we are delighted to introduce our Gold Seal Blanc de Blanc, a Charles Fournier Special Selection. This elegant champagne is produced at our facility in Hammondsport, New York and is crafted using a blend of Cayuga, Aurore, and Seyval varieties. Carefully aged to ensure a finer bubble and superior taste, our Gold Seal Blanc de Blanc is available at select locations in Central New York.
