The OWWL Library System, formerly known as the Pioneer Library System, is a cooperative public library system in New York State. It provides support and resources to 42 independent libraries across Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming, and Livingston Counties. The mission of the OWWL Library System is to support library services in these counties, ensuring that everyone has equitable access to library resources.
