PMAST, or Peer Mediation And Skills Training, is dedicated to providing conflict management and dispute resolution skills to youth, families, and communities. With a commitment to creating a more harmonious and bully-free social environment, PMAST offers a range of effective programs that address current social climates and identified needs. Their programs include the Conflict Seminar Series, which equips individuals with practical skills to successfully diffuse and manage conflicts, disputes, and bullying.

The Youth Empowerment Skills (YES) workshop is an 8-week program aimed at empowering youth, while the Connected Families Program offers a 9-week course for parents and teens to strengthen their communication skills. PMAST also runs a Peer Program, which is a full-time in-school initiative where students receive training in basic communication skills. To support their mission, PMAST welcomes volunteers and board members.

Additionally, donations to PMAST can be made through Shaw Birdies for Kids presented by Altalink, where donations made between March 1 and August 31, 2023, will be matched up to 50%.
