## Description

Myslivecký spolek Podhájí Kratonohy is a local hunting and nature association based in Kratonohy, Czechia. Its activities bring together members and supporters of hunting traditions, wildlife and the countryside. The group organizes communal hunts, including autumn duck hunts and seasonal events such as the traditional year-end Klepačka. Members also take part in practical work to care for local surroundings, forests, ponds and the association’s grounds, with past volunteer days including clearing vegetation, collecting debris and maintaining buildings.

The association also hosts community gatherings. Its annual hunting ball features live music and a prize raffle, while a traditional pond fish harvest at Nebesák near Michnovka has offered visitors food, refreshments and the opportunity to buy fish when conditions allow. Its public-facing work combines outdoor traditions, local social events and hands-on stewardship, with an expressed commitment to preserving hunting heritage and caring for nature for future generations.
