# Podolski Dojo - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `podolskidojo.pl` ## Description Podolski Dojo is the Kalisz Shinkyokushin Karate Club, established in 2016 on the initiative of Sensei Przemysław Podolski. The club offers group classes for preschool children, young people and adults, with training adapted to participants’ abilities. It operates in Kalisz, Zbiersk and Stobno Siódme, and also holds classes at several local preschools. The club works with Branch Shihan Jacek Lamot of Wrocław and the Polish Shinkyokushinkai Karate Federation. Its services include group and individual Shinkyokushin karate training, personal fitness coaching, pad work and fight tactics, and preparation for competitions. Sessions can also focus on body conditioning, motor skills or improving specific karate techniques. Beyond martial arts, Podolski Dojo provides cross-training that combines strength, gymnastics and endurance exercises, as well as access to a 50-square-metre bouldering wall. The organisation also arranges sports events, sports-themed birthday parties, camps, holiday day camps and training courses.
