## Description

POEPOLIT is a pioneering database dedicated to the study of contemporary poetry and its intricate relationship with political contexts. Focused on social conflict and poetic dialogism, POEPOLIT provides comprehensive bibliographic records that encompass a variety of theoretical and applied perspectives. The database is an essential resource for the international academic community, addressing existing gaps in the study of contemporary poetry and politics. It is built upon advanced open-source software, promoting values of open science and facilitating academic collaboration by making research outputs and learning resources publicly accessible. Users benefit from a fully searchable repository, allowing them to download results freely. This project is the result of ongoing research funded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness in Spain, with contributions from experts across global universities. Coordinated by Burghard Baltrusch from the University of Vigo, POEPOLIT continues the legacy of prior research initiatives and strives to enhance the academic exploration of poetry within socio-political frameworks.
