GreatFireVPN is a virtual private network service developed by GreatFire.org, an anti-censorship organization founded in 2011. With more than a decade of experience challenging internet restrictions, the service is designed to provide reliable access to the open internet in countries with heavy censorship, including China, Russia, Iran, Turkmenistan, Myanmar and India. It is also used in Cuba.

GreatFireVPN uses multiple circumvention methods and automatically selects suitable connection options and servers to help maintain access when networks are restricted or shut down. Features include split tunneling on Android, local access to selected services while the VPN is active in certain countries, and support for up to 10 devices per account. The company says it does not log online activity or collect personal data, and users can try the service without registering.
