## Description

Pollard Thomas Edwards is an architecture practice that specializes in designing homes, neighborhoods, public and mixed-use buildings throughout the United Kingdom. With over five decades of experience, our team of 120 professionals has a proven track-record of working with communities, local authorities, and commercial clients to create buildings and places that people want to live in. We offer a wide range of services, including architectural and urban design, masterplanning, property development, and community engagement. Our personalized approach ensures that we understand our clients' specific needs and design accordingly. We prioritize sustainable placemaking, focusing not only on the aesthetics of our buildings and places but also on how they are made, used, and age. In addition to designing new neighborhoods and estates, we have a reputation for revitalizing existing ones, taking on challenging projects and breathing new life into them. Our comprehensive remodelling of our spacious studios at Diespeker Wharf exemplifies our commitment to creating exceptional spaces and facilitating hybrid working. We have been recognized by our peers with more than 250 awards, including prestigious titles such as BD Housing Architect of the Year 2017 and British Homes Awards Architect of the Year 2020. Our dedication to London and our clients sets us apart, and we approach each project with elegance, efficiency, and a touch of enjoyment.
