## Description

Pollyanna Brewing Company is a brand that goes beyond just offering craft beer and spirits. They provide an intimate experience for their customers, focusing on creating a relationship between the brewery, brewer, distiller, and the local community. Since their opening in 2014, Pollyanna has been committed to producing clean and consistent beer and spirits with a strong emphasis on balance. They have five flagship offerings that are available year-round, all conveniently packaged in cans. With their commitment to experimentation, Pollyanna constantly introduces new flavors using local fruits, spices, seasonal lagers, barrel-aging, wild yeast, and bacteria. Their taprooms in Lemont, Roselle, and St. Charles offer tasting flights, draft pours, and to-go options. Visitors can enjoy a scenic view of their production brewery in Lemont, a wide array of wood barrels and Italian Foudres in Roselle, and a stunning view of their distilling operations and the Fox River in St. Charles. Additionally, Pollyanna offers special firkins, cocktails, and taproom-only offerings at each location. With a dedicated team of brewers and distillers, Pollyanna combines craftsmanship with optimism, ensuring a unique experience for beer and spirits enthusiasts.
