## Description

Poney Club du Thor is a family-friendly equestrian centre in Sisteron, France, welcoming riders of different ages and experience levels in a natural setting between the Jabron and Durance valleys. The club offers regular riding lessons, courses and activities designed to help participants learn, enjoy themselves and progress. Riders can also book horse rides and guided treks through the Provençal countryside. Its facilities include two outdoor arenas, a covered riding hall and a cross-country training area, supporting practice across different equestrian disciplines. The club emphasizes horse welfare and provides a warm, attentive environment for visitors. Christophe, the club’s manager and an instructor with tourism-riding experience, leads rides and contributes to lessons and stages; private lessons are also available. During July and August, the club additionally offers pony rides in Volonne near Camping l’Hippocampe. Poney Club du Thor presents equestrian activities as a way to explore the surrounding landscape, with options for beginners as well as more experienced riders.
