## Description

Pontedera Bellaria Rugby is a rugby union club based in Pontedera, Italy, and a sports section of GS Bellaria Cappuccini, a longstanding local sports association. Founded in 2008, the club began when a group of young people prepared for a football and rugby challenge during a school cultural exchange with English students. That initiative grew into a sporting community of around 300 members.

The club offers rugby activities for players of different ages and experience levels. Its youth programme includes Mini Rugby teams for Under 6, Under 8, Under 10, Under 12 and Under 14, as well as junior teams for Under 16 and Under 18. The senior team competes in Italy’s Serie C championship. Pontedera Bellaria Rugby also has Touch Rugby and Integrated Rugby teams, extending opportunities to take part in the sport. The club shares information about training, how to play, and club life, and organises events including the Città di Pontedera Mini Rugby Tournament. Its facilities and club offices are located on Viale Europa in Pontedera.
