## Description

Pools Scientific is a pool-care education and consulting brand focused on applying science and technology to water maintenance. Founded by John Cooper, a chemical engineer, nuclear engineer, U.S. Navy nuclear operator and submarine veteran, and five-time PHTA-certified professional, the company offers practical guidance grounded in pool chemistry.

Its weekly Pools Scientific Podcast explains how pool water works, with episodes covering topics such as winter conditions, calcium crystals and phosphates. The brand also publishes Field Notes and free resources to help pool owners understand common questions and make informed decisions.

For personalized support, the Chemist’s Circle provides pool owners with a tailored, step-by-step chemistry protocol based on their water test results, with responses within 24 hours. Pools Scientific Supply features curated recommendations for testing kits, chemicals and equipment used in the field. The Ebook Library offers a three-volume series covering pool-care fundamentals through professional-level material, with scientific and mathematical detail.
