## Description

Poopier is a personal gut-health diary app designed to help people notice patterns between their daily symptoms and what they eat, take, and experience. Users record how their stomach felt with a quick daily check-in, with the option to add more detail about food, medication, stress, and sleep. The app calculates a gut score from 0 to 100 based on the share of logged days within the user’s normal range, then tracks changes over time and can create a 14-day report to share with a doctor.

Poopier also examines foods recorded on good and bad days to identify possible triggers, but presents findings as cautious bands rather than precise probabilities. It may say a food is a likely cause, not a cause, still under review, or impossible to separate from another food when the data is insufficient. The app requires no account, says logs are readable only by the user, and does not track activity across apps.
