## Description

The WHO Civil Society Commission is dedicated to enhancing dialogue and collaboration while providing recommendations to bolster WHO's engagement with civil society globally, regionally, and nationally. Their aim is to achieve health for all and advance the WHO General Programme of Work objectives, along with hastening progress towards health-related Sustainable Development Goals. Comprising a Steering Committee, Working Groups, and Annual General Meetings, the Commission operates under WHO's guidance. The Steering Committee, with up to 25 members, offers strategic direction and supervises work plans and strategies. WHO serves as the Secretariat, supporting the Commission's initiatives and overall mission.
