## Description

Portugal Fintech is an organisation focused on empowering the fintech ecosystem in Portugal and strengthening its connections with the wider world. Its work supports fintech startups while helping link the Portuguese ecosystem to international markets and bringing global participants into Portugal’s fintech community.

The organisation offers research on the fintech landscape in Portugal, including the Portugal Fintech Report, which provides an overview of the sector. Through Fintech House, it also provides a physical incubator in Lisbon for fintech businesses. Its advisory services aim to close the gap between startups and established companies, encouraging stronger connections across the industry.

Portugal Fintech shares sector updates and insights through newsletters, including monthly Fintech House updates and broader coverage of Portuguese and international fintech developments. Its listed initiatives also include the FinAI Playbook and SPRINT 2026, with applications advertised as closing on September 15, 2026. Through these activities, Portugal Fintech serves startups and other ecosystem participants seeking research, support, and connections within the fintech sector.
