## Description

Positively Living and Choice Health Network is a Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on health, equity, and hope. Founded in 1996 to support people living with HIV and AIDS, the organization expanded its reach in 2018 through Choice Health Network. It now serves individuals and families facing challenges related to HIV, homelessness, mental illness, and substance use, with locations across East Tennessee and services extending to Memphis and West Tennessee.

The organization offers medical care that includes testing, treatment, and prevention, alongside a full-service pharmacy.
