## Description

Direktorat Jenderal Infrastruktur Digital (DJID) is a directorate general within Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs. Its mandate is to formulate and implement government policy for the country’s digital infrastructure. The directorate provides public services and information related to radio spectrum, telecommunications equipment, and digital connectivity, serving individuals, operators, and other stakeholders.

Its services include radio frequency spectrum licences, amateur radio and radio operator certifications, certification and testing of telecommunications equipment, and guidance on spectrum-use fees. DJID also publishes spectrum monitoring data and information, explains procedures for handling interference, and provides access to regulations, technical standards, public consultations, and service announcements. Its website offers public complaint and legal consultation channels, a digital assistant, maps, and information about emergency call services.

Based in Jakarta, DJID supports public access through Contact Center 159, online channels, and an in-person service counter. It also shares news, reports, statistics, publications, and updates on digital infrastructure initiatives.
