## Description

PostModern Spirits is a craft distillery in Knoxville’s Old City, bringing traditional distilling together with modern techniques and creative ideas. The brand focuses on thoughtfully made spirits designed for cocktail culture, serving both experienced bartenders and home enthusiasts. Its offerings include whiskey distilled from local craft beer, straight malt whiskey, rye whiskey, bitter orange amaro, and a selection of unique and seasonal spirits. Single-barrel and barrel-strength rye and straight malt whiskey releases are available exclusively in the tasting room.

Visitors can enjoy a full bar with an evolving cocktail menu and flight tastings of the distillery’s spirits. PostModern Spirits also offers guided distillery tours, where guests can explore the production space and sample its products; tours must be booked online. The business sells branded merchandise, including gift cards, hats, and T-shirts, and shares cocktail recipes for people interested in mixing drinks at home. Located at 205 W. Jackson Avenue, the distillery is a member of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail.
