# Potassco - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `potassco.org` ## Description Potassco, the Potsdam Answer Set Solving Collection, provides open-source technology for Answer Set Programming (ASP). ASP is a modeling language for addressing combinatorial problems, enabling users to focus on describing a problem rather than designing a specialized implementation. Potassco’s systems and tools support this approach and help simplify modeling and integration across a wide range of applications. At the heart of the collection is clingo, a powerful ASP solving system. It forms the core of a broader suite of systems that extend modeling capabilities and make it easier to connect ASP solutions with larger workflows. The Potassco website also offers guides, documentation, downloads, demonstrations, and information about its systems and resources. The Knowledge Representation and Reasoning group at the University of Potsdam specializes in ASP and is associated with the collection. Its spin-off, Potassco Solutions, offers custom integration and professional support for industrial applications. Together, Potassco’s open-source systems, practical resources, and professional services help users explore and apply ASP to complex problem-solving needs. ## Industries - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology - 🖥 Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ - 🖥 Programming and Developer Software _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/potassco) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/potassco) - [github](https://github.com/potassco) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id7RNAKNz4/w/820/h/184/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1745269374329) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id7RNAKNz4/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790432271046) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Science Blue | #0049c8 | accent | | Tangaroa | #030c3e | dark | | Selago | #fafbfe | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
