## Description

Potter’s Messages is a digital legacy service that helps people preserve personal words, stories, and practical information for loved ones. Through its Emotional Will platform, users can write or record farewell messages, create video messages, and schedule notes for meaningful milestones such as a birthday, wedding, or anniversary. Messages are stored securely and, when a user’s passing is confirmed, delivered according to their wishes. The service says it cross-references state and national death registries and provides a wallet card and Letter of Authorization to support this process. Recipients can then stream or download their messages.

Potter’s Messages emphasizes privacy, with encrypted storage designed so only intended recipients can unlock messages, and states that it does not sell or share personal information. The service works through internet-connected devices without requiring an app. Plans range from a complimentary option to paid tiers with additional message and storage capacity. Optional features include a File Vault for important documents, My Story for a final social post, My Eulogy for a funeral message, and My Legacy, a digital time capsule for future generations.
