## Description

Powerboat P1 is a UK-based marine motorsport promoter founded in 2003. Over more than two decades, it has staged more than 200 events across 20 countries and built an international presence in powerboat and personal-watercraft racing. Its core properties include AquaX, a personal-watercraft racing series, and other global marine-racing platforms. The organization promotes competitions, publishes race results and standings, and shares event news and galleries for fans and participants.

Powerboat P1 has also supported host communities through the P1 Marine Foundation, which provides local charity donations. In 2025, the company confirmed the sale of its U.S. offshore racing operations, P1 Offshore USA, to the International Hot Rod Association. Following this strategic change, Powerboat P1 continues to operate from its UK headquarters, with a focus on growing its international activities and core marine-racing properties. Its work centers on developing the sport through event promotion, partnerships, and a continuing commitment to global marine motorsport.
