Pinecrest is a leading non-profit organization and the largest community health center in Ontario. With a dedicated team of over 347 professionals including physicians, nurses, social workers, counsellors, dietitians, and community developers, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services. We also have health promoters and outreach workers who actively engage with the community.

Our mission is to meet the diverse needs of the communities we serve and work in partnership with individuals, families, and communities to help them achieve their full potential. We offer 60 comprehensive health and social services, benefiting approximately 45,000 clients annually. Through our 80 partnerships, we ensure that residents have access to the support they require.

At Pinecrest-Queensway, we prioritize vulnerable groups including those with low-income, seniors, individuals affected by mental illness and/or addictions, and newcomers to Canada. Our services extend across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, with most programs focused on the Pinecrest-Queensway and South Nepean areas.
