## Description

Prague Summer Schools is an educational initiative organized by Prague-based NGO Schola Empirica, z. s. It offers intensive summer programs that combine academic study with cultural and social activities in the historic city of Prague. The schools bring together international academics, practitioners and students to explore contemporary social, economic and political challenges through interactive learning, discussion and real-world perspectives.

The program portfolio includes Behavioral Economics & Psychology, Crime Law & Psychology, Development, Sustainability & Globalization, and Education: The Future of School. Courses address topics such as decision-making, criminal justice, sustainable development, and children’s learning and development. The 2027 programs are scheduled for July 3–10, with a listed fee of EUR 1,025 per course; applications are due to open in November 2026.

Alongside teaching, Prague Summer Schools promotes international exchange, networking and exposure to different academic approaches. Participants can also experience Czech culture through city and day trips, extracurricular activities and special events.
