## Description

Founded in 2016 by coffee power couple Seth and Lauren in Austin, Texas, Praxis Coffee Roasters began from humble garage roots before growing into an Airstream café in 2019 and a brick-and-mortar location in East Austin in 2022. Proudly rooted and roasted in Austin, the brand's name — Praxis — highlights the beauty and artistry of craft coffee while maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence. Praxis directly sources and roasts single-origin and specialty beans from around the world — including Ethiopia, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Mexico, and Papua New Guinea — building direct relationships with producers and bringing customers closer to the journey of each cup. Now operating two Austin locations, a Southside café on Menchaca Road and an Eastside café on Linden Street, Praxis has established itself as a cornerstone of Austin's specialty coffee culture through genuine relationships, outstanding roasting, and a warm familia spirit.
