## Description

Praxis Precision Medicines is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to revolutionizing the field of neurology through the development of groundbreaking therapies for central nervous system (CNS) disorders. Their mission is to deliver life-altering treatments to patients suffering from devastating CNS disorders faster and more effectively than ever before. Praxis leverages insights from genetic epilepsies to develop therapies that address neuronal excitation-inhibition imbalances in the brain, which are shared by various neurological disorders. Their innovative approach is based on four key principles: a genetics-focused therapeutic target identification, the utilization of translational tools for early validation, efficient and rigorous clinical development, and patient-guided development strategies. Praxis utilizes their proprietary platforms, Cerebrum™ and Solidus™, to discover and develop therapies for both rare and prevalent neurological disorders. With a team of talented scientists, researchers, and business leaders, Praxis is committed to reshaping the landscape of CNS disorders and improving the lives of patients and families affected by these conditions.
