## Description

Pray As You Go is a free guided-prayer service from Jesuits in Britain, created to help people make space for prayer in everyday life. A new audio session is produced each day, offering a framework for personal reflection rather than a sermon, Bible study or “Thought for the Day.” Sessions typically last around ten to thirteen minutes and combine music, scripture and reflective questions.

Listeners can explore a wide range of prayer resources, including the Examen, imaginative contemplation of scripture, prayers for mental health, sign-language prayer, and dedicated audio for children, young people and families. The service also offers themed series, seasonal content and practical guides for parents and teachers.

Through its app, available on the App Store and Google Play, users can listen wherever they are, set reminders, download sessions for offline listening, search for favourite prayers and organise saved content. Pray As You Go is supported by donations and contributions from its community, helping it continue and develop its ministry for people around the globe.
