## Description

PRE Stamboek Nederland is the Dutch administrative service desk for ANCCE, the Spanish organization responsible for the official studbook of the Pura Raza Española (PRE) horse, also known as the Spanish horse or Andalusian. It supports owners and breeders in the Netherlands with registration of PRE horses born locally or imported from abroad, helping them submit the required documents and follow applicable procedures.

Services include foal notifications, owner and breeder number applications, transfers of ownership, copies of registration documents and passports, DNA identity testing, genetic colour testing, and applications related to inspections and breeding. The website also provides guidance on importing horses, registration with Dutch authorities, breed characteristics, forms, fees, and PRE breeding regulations.

PRE Stamboek Nederland operates solely as an administrative contact point. Registrations are processed under ANCCE rules and entered in the official Spanish studbook; the Dutch service desk cannot set regulations or decide whether a requested service is granted. It shares updates, information, and contact details for owners and breeders.
