## Description

Precision Drone Ops is an aerial photogrammetry processing lab and pilot hub serving commercial Part 107 pilots, surveyors, real estate media teams, engineering groups, and other aerial operators. Its service is designed for customers who collect drone imagery but want reliable mapping and 3D outputs without investing in high-end processing workstations. Customers submit imagery through a cloud-storage link, specify project requirements and coordinate systems, and can request a free intake and feasibility review. The lab processes datasets using WebODM and RealityCapture on a dedicated GPU workstation, with a stated target turnaround of 12–24 hours and 30-day automatic data deletion.

Deliverables include georeferenced orthomosaics, digital surface and elevation models, CAD contours, point clouds, textured 3D meshes, and cut-and-fill or stockpile volume reports. Files are offered in formats such as GeoTIFF, DXF, LAS/LAZ, OBJ, FBX, GLB, KMZ, and XYZ for use with tools including AutoCAD Civil 3D, QGIS, and ArcGIS. Precision Drone Ops also offers optional scope-review calls and white-label client-portal delivery.
