Originally known as the Swiss SME support project PREDA, the organization evolved into the Regional Agency for Economic Development, Pelagonia-PREDA in 2007. Recognized as a reliable partner by the nine Pelagonia region municipalities, Pelagonia-PREDA played a key role in regional development and inter-municipal cooperation. In 2010, the organization transformed itself into the PREDA Plus Foundation for Sustainable Economic Development, with a focus on investing in institutional and human capital development. The foundation's efforts have not been limited to Macedonia alone, as they expanded their operations to Kosovo in 2013 and established PREDA Plus Kosovo. This move was aimed at contributing to the development process of Western Balkan countries. With a team of dedicated professionals, PREDA Plus is committed to continuously improving development processes and promoting unique models for sustainable development. Their main tasks include promoting good governance, project and grant management, business sector development models, and socio-economic development. The brand envisions a future of sustainable economic development and social prosperity through collaboration with public, private, and civil initiatives, both on a local and regional level in Macedonia and the Balkans.
