## Description

Predecessor is a free-to-play, next-generation multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) developed by Omeda Studios for PC and consoles. Available through Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation and Xbox, it brings strategic team play together with fast-paced, cinematic third-person action. Players choose from a diverse roster of heroes, each with distinctive abilities and room for advanced mastery, then take on roles such as Carry, Jungle, Midlane, Offlane or Support. Matches involve competing for lanes and objectives, battling enemy heroes, defeating powerful monsters and pushing to destroy opposing structures. The game emphasizes mobility and tactical creativity, letting players vault over terrain and use the battlefield’s angles to gain an advantage. Players can upgrade abilities and customize heroes with skins and visual effects. Full cross-play connects console and PC players, with Discord-powered voice communications supporting coordinated play. Predecessor also features community tournaments and official esports events, alongside news, patch notes, developer diaries and stories from its game universe. Omeda Studios describes development as community-driven, with player feedback and polls helping shape the game’s direction.
