## Description

Pregones/Puerto Rican Traveling Theater (Pregones/PRTT) is a multigenerational performing ensemble and multidisciplinary arts presenter serving audiences in The Bronx and Manhattan. The organization champions Puerto Rican and Latinx cultural heritage, sharing its universal value through original theater, artistic collaboration, and engagement with diverse communities. It creates and performs original plays and musicals, and partners with other accomplished artists to bring varied perspectives to the stage.

Pregones/PRTT presents a year-round program across two arts facilities: Pregones in The Bronx and PRTT in Manhattan. Its offerings include mainstage productions, touring performances, educational programs, and work by guest artists and companies. The season spans musical theater, ensemble plays, theatrical readings, and independent film events, alongside initiatives such as SolFest, which amplifies Latiné voices and supports new American theater. The organization also offers tickets, memberships, opportunities to support its work, and venue rentals. Through performance, presentation, and partnership, Pregones/PRTT connects audiences with stories shaped by Puerto Rican and Latinx experience while welcoming a broad range of artists and theatergoers.
