## Description

Prelude Therapeutics is a precision oncology company focused on developing innovative medicines for people with cancer, particularly in areas of high unmet medical need. Guided by the principle “Patient Focused. Science Driven. Precision Oncology,” the company combines biological and chemical research to pursue challenging treatment opportunities without limiting its work to a single platform, target class, or chemical modality.

Its pipeline includes selective KAT6A degraders and mutant-selective JAK2V617F JH2 inhibitors, designed to address clinically validated targets. Prelude is also applying its expertise in targeted protein degradation to develop next-generation degrader antibody conjugates with novel payloads. Its research portfolio additionally includes CDK inhibitors, including selective CDK9 and CDK4/6 inhibitors available for partnering.

Prelude aims to turn scientific insights into safe, effective, and durable treatments that can improve patients’ lives. The company’s activities span drug discovery and development, with programs at clinical stages, alongside ongoing research into new therapeutic approaches. Based in Wilmington, Delaware, Prelude also shares company and pipeline updates, investor information, and career opportunities through its website.
