PREVENT is an innovative initiative under the Horizon Europe programme, focused on enhancing pediatric health through early detection and prevention strategies to combat obesity related to cancer risk. The project harnesses the expertise of a diverse consortium, organizing its efforts into nine collaborative work packages. Through its multi-parametric assessment and validation framework, PREVENT aims to create sustainable health interventions, ultimately reducing the risk of cancer in adulthood stemming from childhood obesity.
