## Description

PRGRS Therapy is a New York mental health group practice focused on practical, evidence-based care for adults. Based on the Upper East Side and serving clients across New York, the practice specializes in adult ADHD therapy and offers ADHD assessments, group CBT for ADHD, and DBT therapy. Clients can also access therapy in Mandarin and take a free online ADHD self-check quiz.

Beyond ADHD, PRGRS Therapy supports people dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, panic, perfectionism, impulsivity, and other mental health challenges. Its therapists draw on approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and executive-function coaching, tailoring sessions to each person’s goals. The practice emphasizes usable skills and concrete steps, rather than conversation alone, with the aim of helping clients build progress in everyday life.

PRGRS Therapy is a group practice, matching each client with an individual therapist while drawing on a team that trains and collaborates together. Prospective clients can begin with a free, no-pressure 15-minute consultation. The practice states that it accepts Aetna and Cigna.
