## Description

Prima is a Singapore-headquartered global investment firm established in 2020. It works with select partners to direct capital toward defined opportunities, with a focus on disciplined execution, long-term alignment, and enduring value. Its integrated platform spans private equity, real estate, and investment vehicles, connecting investors with opportunities across the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

The firm’s activities are organised across three verticals. Prima Capital leads direct investment, including sourcing, underwriting, and executing opportunities across private markets. Prima Asset Management oversees real estate investment activity, asset performance, portfolio discipline, and investor reporting. The Prima Falcon 1 Fund VCC offers access to single-asset sub-funds and is managed by First Degree Global Asset Management; Prima provides asset services.

Prima’s portfolio includes institutional-grade real estate, hospitality, and commercial assets in Singapore, the UK, and Thailand. Its real estate interests include London hotels, UK purpose-built student accommodation, and Thai net lease assets. Prima also applies governance and ongoing oversight throughout the investment lifecycle, considering risk, return, and liquidity when assessing opportunities.
