## Description

Prime Progress NG is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to addressing critical health and social issues in Nigeria and beyond. Focusing on reproductive health, Prime Progress provides essential information and support concerning self-managed abortions, which are often done with little medical supervision. Approximately 73 million induced abortions occur globally each year, highlighting the urgency of addressing safe practices. The organization raises awareness about the risks associated with using abortion pills such as Mifepristone and Misoprostol without proper medical guidance, including complications like excessive bleeding, infection, and long-term reproductive health issues.

Through initiatives like counseling and educational programs, Prime Progress collaborates with organizations such as Marie Stopes Nigeria and Ipas to empower women with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions. Their goal is to combat misinformation and stigma surrounding abortion, ensuring that women have access to safe, non-judgmental reproductive health care. Prime Progress NG aims to foster an informed society where women's health and rights are prioritized and supported.
