**Primhydromet:** 
Primhydromet, the Primorsky Hydrometeorological Center, is a specialized territorial body under the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring. Its primary mission is to provide hydro meteorological information and environmental monitoring data to the population and various organizations, as well as to warn and alert about hazardous natural phenomena. 

Covering the Primorsky Krai and the northwestern part of the Pacific Ocean, Primhydromet's responsibilities extend from the Kuril Islands up to the 45th parallel north and eastward to the 180th meridian. With 43 meteorological stations and over 70 observation posts, their extensive network collects weather, water body, soil, and environmental pollution data. This information is processed to generate weather forecasts, storm warnings, and other vital information for decision-making. 

Primhydromet is a crucial maritime management center, providing hydro meteorological support not only in the coastal waters of the Sea of Japan but also in the open waters of the Pacific Ocean.
