## Description

Prittle Prattle is a brand that focuses on the healthy social, emotional, and behavioral development of learners. As a part of their Mental Health Awareness engagements and activities, educators at JBCN International School in Oshiwara organize events to raise awareness about the importance of mental health. The Enrichment department at JBCN Oshiwara recently hosted a week-long event that encouraged self-care and caring for others. The activities were tailored to different age groups, with younger learners exploring concepts of self-awareness and control through activities like Controlled breathing waves and tools like the Emotional color wheel and Inside my head to understand their emotions and thoughts. Older students focused on learning about the benefits of exercises and affirmations. In addition, anti-bullying themes were incorporated through a poster-making competition, where middle-school learners expressed their thoughts and feelings on the subject through various forms of art, including dance, music, and drama. The winning house, Super Samurais, even presented a skit highlighting the long-term effects of bullying and offered advice to their peers. Prittle Prattle is dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for learners, ensuring their holistic development and well-being.
