Prospectus Berco is a non-profit corporation that has been providing quality services to adults with intellectual disabilities and special needs in Berks County since 1977. With a focus on community participation, community living, employment opportunities, and family support, Prospectus Berco enriches the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. The organization's philosophy is centered around seeing the potential in every circumstance, and they prioritize individuals' abilities rather than their disabilities. Through the dedication of their 300 professionals and the support of the Berks County community, Prospectus Berco aims to help program participants develop the skills needed to become contributing members of society, emphasizing ability and cultivating meaningful lives. Led by Executive Director/CEO Jody H.
